This site has many new features for members. You will be able to view and reprint your explanation of benefits (EOBs), view your claim history, see detailed information related to your claims, view deductible and coinsurance accumulators, and contact Med-Pay Customer Service. There is also a claims summary CSV file download available. Additional features will be added over the coming months, including the ability to request and view your ID card.

Med-Pay ICD-10 Readiness Statement
Med-Pay will be fully compliant with the upcoming ICD-10 mandate by the deadline of October 1, 2014. We are diligently working to ensure that all of our system components are able to accept and process ICD-10 codes without interruption to our day-to-day processes.
We understand that not all providers will be able to fully comply with ICD-10 mandates. As such, Med-Pay will continue to accept claim submissions with ICD-9 coding after October 1st, 2015.
