Important: You will be required to create a new account even if you have previously obtained a Login and Password. Each covered individual over the age of 18 will need to create their own account. Accounts can be linked with other covered individuals with permission from the account holder.

This site has many new features for members. You will be able to view and reprint your explanation of benefits (EOBs), view your claim history, see detailed information related to your claims, view deductible and coinsurance accumulators, and contact Med-Pay Customer Service. There is also a claims summary CSV file download available. Additional features will be added over the coming months, including the ability to request and view your ID card.

  • On-line Eligibility Changes: Please click on the "Client Services Login" button at the top of this page to complete eligibility forms or to perform other secure services.
  • On-line EOBs: To view claim information for your group's members, click on the "EOB Login" tab at the top of this screen to access My Med-Pay Data.

You must contact Med-Pay to obtain your approval for access and initial log-in information for either of the above.

The forms provided on this site are made available for the convenience of our clients. Use of this site is at your discretion. To access the system, you must use a password that has been provided by Med-Pay. These online forms are submitted directly to Med-Pay through the Internet and do adhere to the HIPAA privacy and protection standards. The data submitted is encrypted in route to Med-Pay. However, we want to remind you that any use of or connection to the Internet can be inherently insecure. As a result, Med-Pay, Inc., shall not be responsible for any adverse consequences whatsoever. Please note that each form provides a box to enter your email address. There is also a place to check whether or not you want an email, fax, or telephone response from Med-Pay. If you want Med-Pay to respond to your request and/or inquiry by email, you must understand that the response email will not be encrypted.
